Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Minds Matter Shop, our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, Printful. Because each product is created specifically after an order is placed, we have a limited window in which an order can be canceled or modified.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 3 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered production.

After the 3-Day Cancellation Period

After 3 days, your order may have already been processed and submitted for production. Once production has begun, we generally cannot cancel, modify, or change the order.

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to guarantee cancellations after the 3-day period.

If your order has already entered production, any available options will depend on the status of the order and the circumstances involved.

Order Changes

Customers should carefully review their:

• Shipping address

• Product selection

• Size or model

• Color

• Quantity

• Design

before completing their purchase.

Requests to change an order must be made within the 3-day cancellation window. Once an order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before the order enters production, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled order through the original payment method.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the customer's payment provider or financial institution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address or cancel the order. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they notice an error in their shipping information.

Important Notice

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that an order can be canceled. Orders may be processed for production before the 3-day period ends.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received within the applicable window, but once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
